Schools Do Their Duty
As citizens of Centre
County for 51 years, parents of seven children and have 10 grandchildren, we
are concerned about the morals problem that exists around us.
If a person knowingly
associates himself or herself with homosexuals, they are just as guilty as the
homosexuals, according to God’s law.
We must remind the Rev.
and Mrs. Fred Reisz to turn to their Bible to Romans 1:1-32, especially verses
27 and 32.
Verse 27 – “And
likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their
lust one toward another: Men with men working that which is unseemly and
receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was in meet.”
Verse 32 – “Who knowing
the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death,
not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”
We feel that the State
College Area School District officials were only doing their duty, not only to
themselves, but to the God-loving people of the whole community when they
dismissed a student teacher who was a member of HOPS.
We also feel that the
Centre County Court shirked its duty to the people when it reinstated this
student teacher back into the public school system.
